In light of the fact that we will all be turning 50 in a year or so, we thought it would be a great idea to have a weekly workout class for everyone interested in getting fit before our next reunion in 2009. In the works are plans for a special "Workout to Shape up" class for the Canastota High School Class of 77', Stay tuned for more details.

�� I laughed so hard that my abs hurt... again for the 5th time! For all women going through, about to go through or even who have been through their "CHANGE," Menopause the Musical is great for the body and soul. I can't wait to see it again!
