Ted Long's Story
Ted Long is a busy man, so making the workout plan convenient is essential to
his success. I have Ted scheduled to come to the gym, Pioneer Health Club in East
Syracuse, 5 days per week just after he finishes his radio Co-hosting work at
93Q each day. Two days per week, Mondays and Fridays, I work one on one with him
for about 90 minutes. Our workouts follow my philosophy of continuous cross training,
so we do it all including weight training, circuit training, interval training,
core work and more. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays he joins in on my group
exercise classes. On Tuesdays we do a workout called Body Blast, where we work
on muscle strength and endurance from head to toe, and focus the first portion
of that workout on the core of the body.
